Also, Raymond (the guy in the picture...hope you can tell he's a guy) belongs to ~bountyDBZ. I'm only doing this for practice, and submitting it for the sole purpose of receiving criticism on how I draw the opposite sex.
Okay, so...I think ~bountyDBZ's gonna kill me after he sees this.

[Edit, 16th November 2009]: Okay then, ~bountyDBZ and ~theblessedwind are saying that I should resubmit this to the main gallery to gt more opinions on this. So please, if you can, do leave a comment, I really need your opinions on this; Raymond looks gay here and I don't know why.

Well, the eye looks kinda...creepy?

You should draw the eye as you would for a girl.
And it's pretty clear that he's a boy, but he doesn't REALLY look like he's 20...maybe smaller eyes?
