Artist's Comments

I found this picture under my table today. It's a sketch of Crimson that I made some time ago. After making some modifications to it, I decided to post it here.

Tools used:
8B Faber castell pencil for darker areas
3B and 2B pencil for lighter details

Photoshop 7 for colour adjustment 'cause the scanner ruined the whole picture. Tutorial for colour adjustment is by =Cataclysm-X and it can be found here--> [link]

This is easily your best work yet.

This is my favorite sketch of yours, and your best yet. The effects of the wind are evident, and the hoodie sweatshirt looks great. The expression is evident, and the hair is rather nice. Only bad things I really see in it are:
-What's the object in her hand? (I think it's a rose). Maybe a bit more touching up to it would make it clearer.
-Eyes seem slightly off at a closer look. They seem perfect at first glance, though.

Thanks for your comment on this picture! I really appreciate your criticism.
The object in her hand is actually her star-shaped pendant.
I actually have a habit to draw the eyes a bit off (sometimes even too close the ear), so now I'm trying to practise drawing the eyes a little bit closer.
Thanks for your criticism again.
